To maintain freshness we use
Second Day Air at a minimum, every weekday through Wednesday until 3:00 p.m.
PST. We offer overnight
service and Saturday delivery at an additional charge.
When you check out, 2nd day air service will automatically be
calculated based on the weight of your package.
If you desire quicker delivery please select Next Day Air or Saturday
delivery if ordering on Friday.
Please keep in mind that shipping charges quoted at checkout are approximate and we reserve the right to adjust actual shipping charges as necessary.
When Do We
Ship and When Can You Expect To Get Your Order
We
ship orders every day of the week except Sunday depending on how fast you wish
to receive your package. Once you have placed your order online, you may choose
the fastest method to receive your package.
Second Day Air is standard!
In
most cases, if you place your order on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday,
your package will be shipped on Monday for Second Day Air service.
Orders
placed Monday would ship the same day for delivery on Wednesday; Tuesday would
ship the same day for delivery on Thursday; Wednesday would ship the same day
for delivery on Friday.
Faster service is available for your convenience.
Shipping
Containers
All
orders are shipped in insulated Shipping Boxes and are packed with Dry Ice or
Gel Ice. Your seafood products should arrive in a semi-frozen state or chilled.
In the event your product is thawed, but
still cold, it is fine. Just place in your freezer ASAP.
Handled
With Extra Care
Fresh
foods need extra care in handling, and we do all the right things to make sure
your food gets to you in top shape. After we prepare everything to fill your
order, our trained packers carefully assemble it in sturdy shipping containers.
The containers are picked up immediately for shipment to you!
